The Database & Registration Team (8 persons) updates and maintains a database of prospects and clients, manages customer support (phone & emails), and handles the registration of participants to our events.

As part of this team, you will be responsible of several administrative tasks such as updating the database of prospects (through computer entry) and supporting the registration efforts for the IMCAS World Congress taking place at the end of January.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating, and updating physicians’ data
• Processing and verifying the information of doctors attending the IMCAS World Congress
• Support the team in other areas
• Participate in the congress at a dedicated registration desk / welcome participant
