Our office is a welcoming and inclusive environment, home to a multicultural team of 40 employees representing 15 nationalities, with an average age of around 33.
We operate on a 4½-day workweek, with remote work every Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM.
Job Description
As a Cross-Functional Support Intern (4 to 6 months starting from September / october), you will work closely with our Marketing, Communication, Sales, and Scientific teams to ensure the operational preparation of our flagship congress, IMCAS World. You will play a key role in the smooth running of the event by providing transversal support based on the needs of the different teams throughout the preparation process.
Your missions will include:
• Providing operational support to the Marketing and Communication teams: digital analytics, partnerships, content creation, campaign tracking
• Contributing to strategic projects tied to IMCAS World, working alongside the relevant teams
• Managing registration needs and updating our database ahead of the congress
• Adding and updating user profiles in our database
• Researching AI tools to automate internal processes
• Providing occasional support to the Scientific team as needed for the congress (speaker coordination, scientific content, session logistics)
Requirements/Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (business school, university, or equivalent), with a strong interest in event management, marketing, communication, or business development
• Strong adaptability and enthusiasm for versatile work: you are comfortable juggling different types of tasks and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and rigor, with a genuine willingness to learn
• Good command of Excel and comfortable with the "hands-on" side of data — searching for, cleaning, and organizing large volumes of information
• English required (C2 level), as we operate in an international environment
